Mountain States Building Products specified a full Andersen window and door package, drawing from two of Andersen's most design-forward product lines to meet the performance and aesthetic goals of this project.

Windows: Andersen 100 Series - Black/Black

The window package featured Andersen 100 Series windows in a Black interior and Black exterior finish, delivering the crisp, graphic contrast that defines this home's modern character. The lineup included a carefully considered mix of window types to serve each space throughout the home:

• Picture Windows - Fixed units were used to frame views and draw generous amounts of natural light into the home's primary living spaces, creating a bright, open atmosphere throughout.
• Casement Windows - Incorporated for their clean sightlines and reliable performance, casement windows provide excellent ventilation and a tight, energy-efficient seal ideal for Colorado's variable climate.
• Awning Windows - Selected for their versatility, awning units allow fresh air circulation even during Colorado's unpredictable weather, adding a practical yet stylish ventilation solution throughout the home.

Privacy Glazing: Satin Etch

For select windows in areas requiring additional privacy, such as bathrooms or street-facing spaces, Satin Etch glazing was specified. This frosted glass option diffuses light beautifully while maintaining the home's consistent black frame aesthetic, ensuring privacy is never achieved at the expense of style or natural light.

Doors: Andersen E-Series Contemporary Inswing

The door package featured Andersen E-Series Contemporary Inswing Doors in multiple configurations, providing a cohesive and sophisticated entry experience throughout the home:

• Entry Door with Sidelite - The main entry makes a powerful first impression, combining a sleek contemporary inswing door with a flanking sidelite that floods the foyer with natural light while maintaining strong curb appeal.
• Back Door with Sidelite - Mirroring the front entry's refined aesthetic, the rear entry door and sidelite combination creates an elegant transition to the home's outdoor living spaces.
• Single Door - A single E-Series Contemporary Inswing door was incorporated at an additional access point, delivering the same premium look and performance in a streamlined configuration.

The slim, contemporary sightlines of the E-Series paired with the black finish create a seamless visual connection between the door and window packages, resulting in a unified and polished exterior appearance.
