Developed in collaboration with Statista Inc., a leading market research partner, the selection process is based on an independent survey involving approximately 25,000 Americans. Companies are evaluated on various factors, including transparency, financial performance, corporate governance, and social responsibility.

The evaluation process focuses on three key dimensions of trust: customer trust, investor trust, and employee trust. It assesses whether companies treat their customers and employees fairly and are viewed as good long-term investments. Furthermore, the list features a social listening score derived from sentiment analysis and the aggregation of mentions over four months.

In addition to this prestigious recognition, Andersen has garnered several other accolades, such as being named to Newsweek's America's Greatest Workplaces for Women in 2024, America's Greatest Workplaces for Parents & Families in 2023, and America's Greatest Workplaces in 2023.
